This was an interesting experience because I did not expect it to be basically a takeout only place and I also did not expect it to look so untaken care of. It was like walking into the back room of a kitchen because there was a huge commercial refrigerator there and the entire side of the store was where they stored everything. I'm sure it was clean, but that look and feel just never makes me feel like it's spic and span . The person helping us was very friendly and answering our questions yet also standoffish which was very confusing . So helpful yet seemed a little annoyed by us, so I'm not sure what to say about the customer service The place does have a total of four seats. They are bar seats at the window. There are two seats to the left of the door and two seats to the right of the door. The bar to eat at is super thin so literally only fits the to go container between you and the window. So if you want to eat there you can but it's pretty squished and you are pretty much only eating there because you don't want to eat in your car and you're starving They don't put sauce on anything which can be nice so you can put the amount you like. So there's no sauce on the teriyaki and no sauce on the coleslaw, but both come with sauce on the side I did like the coleslaw the teriyaki was also good They have a boiled egg that they soak in tea. It's worth trying since it's very interesting and I'm typically a pretty picky eater. Every single thing there is gluten-free except one dish so if you really miss teriyaki, this is your place I would probably return if I was in the area knowing what the experience would be like

They have taiwanese dishes that I have missed so much since getting diagnosed with celiac disease. If I lived in Seattle, I would be here all the time. If you live in Seattle, whether you need to eat gluten free or not, this food is absolutely delicious. The pork belly bowl, the minced pork bowl, and the popcorn chicken were all incredible.

Ambiance: a pick up and go kind of place Service: exceptional. I drop my .60 cents aioli and they replaced it for free. Food: I was here for their chicken sandwich and was blown away by their popcorn chicken! 3.5 star for the sandwich and 4.5 for the popcorn chicken. That popcorn chicken was chick thigh cut and incredibly juicy. The chicken Sandwich had a great crunch and seasoning but the meat inside was dry. Popcorn chicken must get!
